Problems with Chat?
If you are having problems, there are a few things you can try.
1. Our chat is not compatible with Firefox at this time.
(You can try Safari, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome instead.)
2. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed.
3. If you use Internet Explorer, delete your temporary internet files.
4. If you forgot your username or password:
